Day 1

I woke up this morning at around 2:30, finished packing some bags, and slept for about another hour.  My mom and Annie took me to the airport to see me off.  It wasn't easy walking away from them.  Right now I am in Philadelphia.  They have free internet at this airport which is nice.. wasn't expecting that.  I have exchanged some money for Euros and spoken to the help desk about customs, that will be done about fifteen hours from now!  Even though I will miss my family and friends terribly (especially Annie); I am still really anxious to get to Germany and get into a routine.  I wonder what my routine will be.. I have no idea.  I can't wait to begin practice with the team.  The flight from Philly will take me to Frankfurt, and from there I'll go to Hamburg, Germany.  I have about four and a half hours to kill in the mean time.  I guess that's all for now.
